Slow responses for some customers

Resolved

Some customers have reported extremely slow responses between 08:30am and 09:30am this morning. We have restarted the database behind Matrix Booking which has temporarily resolved the issue and we have scheduled in an increase in capacity this evening. This increase has now been completed and we believe the issue is now fully resolved. If you do experience any slow responses on the system then please raise a support ticket (https://support.matrixbooking.com) as usual and we will investigate.
